The Gallery of Psilocybes
Fungi Perfecti presents a series of pictures of psychoactive mushroom species, and some poisonous look-alikes, as a public service. Many of the pictures are featured in Paul Stamets' book Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World. These pictures are both educational and aesthetically pleasing, and we've recently added many new pictures and additional information to this section. Check it out!
The Gallery of Micrographs Fungi Perfecti presents a gallery of Scanning Electron Micrographs (SEMs) illustrating the Mushroom Life Cycle. An attractive and informative complement to the Mushroom Life Cycle Diagram also available here in the Mushroom Information Center.
