Shiitake & Kale Stir-Fry

- 1 lb. of fresh Shiitake mushrooms, stemmed & sliced to ¼ inch.
- 2–3 fresh chopped garlic clove to taste.
- 1–2 bunches of dinosaur kale, ripped into bite-size pieces
- 2–3 stems of fresh rosemary, stemmed and lightly crushed.
Steam kale for 3 minutes. Stir-fry garlic & rosemary in 2–3 tablespoons olive oil for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes on medium to taste. Add steamed kale to mushrooms and stir-fry 1 minute. Add 1 cap-full or a dash of soy sauce to taste. Mix and serve warm.
