Portobello Stuffed Burgers

Mushroom Recipes

  • 2 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 3–4 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Crush garlic in olive oil. Brush mushrooms, then remove stems. Brush both sides of shrooms with garlic/oil mixture. Let stand, then brush two more times, until all of oil/garlic mixture is used. Slightly broil outside of shrooms. Stuff with choice of cheese, broil again on low for aqbout ten minutes. Serve on buns or alone as a burger w/letuce, tomatoes etc.
